- Positioning System: Stopped selling "consulting", started offering "business autonomy architecture"
- Authority System: Published System Index, case studies, media citations
- Filtering System: Only €3M+ revenue businesses, only founders ready to systemize
The more I said no, the more they wanted to say yes.
The Lesson:
Your price isn't about your time. It's about the system of value perception you build around your expertise.
I didn't become 2,350x better at consulting.
I became infinitely better at systemizing authority.
