Two years ago, I sold a service for €20.

Last month, I signed a €47,000 engagement for basically the same thing.

What changed?

Not the service. The system around it.

€20 Sale (2022)

  • Selling to anyone who'd listen
  • Explaining what I do
  • Competing on price
  • Hoping they'd say yes

€47,000 Sale (2024)

  • Client came to me
  • They already understood the value
  • No negotiation on price
  • They qualified themselves

What Created This Shift:

  1. Positioning System: Stopped selling "consulting", started offering "business autonomy architecture"
  2. Authority System: Published System Index, case studies, media citations
  3. Filtering System: Only €3M+ revenue businesses, only founders ready to systemize

The more I said no, the more they wanted to say yes.

The Lesson:

Your price isn't about your time. It's about the system of value perception you build around your expertise.

I didn't become 2,350x better at consulting.

I became infinitely better at systemizing authority.
